Brenda Mask Harris

Brenda Mask Harris, age 74, of Lawndale, passed away Sunday, August 20, 2023 at her residence.

Brenda was born September 30, 1948 in Rutherford County to the late Jack Mask and Alma Ford Mask. She worked eighteen years for J.P. Stevens and twenty years for Kimmett/Union Carbide. She was a member of Ross Grove Baptist Church and enjoyed flower gardening.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-seven years, Jimmy Harris; son, Brian Clifford Harris; sisters, Joann Moore, Katie Moore and brother, Bobby Mask.

Survivors include her adopted son, Roby Henderson (Cindy Bivins) of Lawndale; brothers, Bill Mask (Peggy) of Ellenboro, Jimmy Mask (Tiny) of Shelby; grandchildren, Brandon Trieglaff, Kayelynn Trieglaff, Brian Lane Harris; special niece, Lori Hester (Richard); great niece, Belle Hester, great nephew, Luke Hester along with many other great and great-great nieces and nephews; special friends, John and Karen Elliott and David Elliott all of the New House Community.

    A memorial service celebrating Brenda's life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, September 9th at Ross Grove Baptist Church.
