Cindy Hopper

     Cindy Hopper, age 58, of Forest City, passed away Monday, April 10, 2023 at her residence.

     Cindy was born Saturday, January 30, 1965 in Rutherford County to the late Thomas Hopper and Louella Day Hopper. She worked for AFA-Continental Plastics and attended the Temple of Victory in Mooresboro. Cindy enjoyed gardening and planting flowers and arts and crafts. She especially loved spending time with friends and family and taking care of her beloved pet, Harley.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Rita Hopper and Patsy Salmon and brothers, Tommy Day and Eugene Day.

     Those left to cherish fond memories include her daughters, Kristy Miller (Alan) of Forest City, Kayla West (Aaron) of Bostic and Kimberly Deyton (Micah) of Mooresboro; brother, Danny Hopper of Rutherfordton and sisters, Donna Hopper (Mikey) and Vickie Martin of Spindale. She is also survived by grandchildren, Marissa Miller, Brayden Miller, Mayson West, Alayna West, Adalynn West, Maddox Deyton and Brynlee Kate Miller.

    The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 18^th at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Jesse Hardin and Reverend Chad Sisk officiating. Interment will follow at the Spindale Fellowship Holiness Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
