Daniel Moore

Daniel Wesley Moore, age 70, of Johnson City, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, July 27, 2007 following an extended illness. Mr. Moore was born on June 2, 1937 in Union, South Carolina to the late John Wesley Moore and Bertie Lee Wilson Moore. He spent most of his formative years in the Henrietta, NC area. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force. He had lived most of his adult life in Amarillo, TX where he worked in the concrete contracting business. He had been a resident of Tennessee since 1988.

Survivors include his two sons, Johnny Moore and Danny Moore both of Beaumont, TX; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren; three brothers, Steve Moore and Darrell Moore both of Forest City, NC and F.P. Moore of Ellenboro; two sisters, June Chapman of Forest City, NC and Hazel Burgess of Spartanburg, SC.
