Deborah Stowe

Deborah Stowe, age 56, of Ellenboro, passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021 at Atrium Health-Charlotte.

Deborah was born Wednesday, January 27, 1965 in Beaufort, SC to the late Roger Heusinkveld and Barbara Wilson Heusinkveld. She was a graduate of East Rutherford High School and earned a Cosmetology License from Isothermal Community College. Deborah worked as the manager of Sally’s Beauty Supply for many years. She was a member of Chase Baptist Church and loved spending time with her family, her grandkids, and her pets. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Kenneth Hester and Jerry Stowe and a daughter, Rena Hester.

Those left to cherish her memory include her life companion, Mike Rudd; stepdaughter, Lisa Stowe of Mooresboro and stepson, Robbie Stowe of Ellenboro; two brothers, Jeff Heusinkveld and Darrell Heusinkveld both of Forest City; sister, Jennifer Lee of Forest City. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Bradie Jarvis, Emily Jarvis, Jeri O’Dell, Aleigha Aliff, Aubrey Aliff and a great grandson, Aiden O’Dell.

The funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Scott Butler officiating. Interment will follow at Walls Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
