Eva Earley

Eva Vassey Earley, age 94, of Forest City, passed away on Monday, November 19, 2007 at White Oak Manor. She was born on May 10, 1913 in Rutherford County to the late George Vassey and Florence Callahan Vassey. She was a life-long resident of Rutherford County having worked in the textile industry as a spinner. She was preceded in death by her husband Everett Earley in 1979 and a daughter Lois Wall in 2001. She was a member of the Caroleen Missionary Methodist Church.

Eva is survived by her daughter, Betty Doggett of Forest City; grandson, Craig Wall of Spindale; granddaughter Pamela Mullis of Conway, NC and a son-in-law, Furman Wall of Rutherfordton, NC.
