Grady Hutchins

Grady J. Hutchins, age 70, passed away Friday, July 27, 2007 at Sunnyside Retirement Center of Forest City following an extended illness. Mr. Hutchins was born on June 13, 1937 in Rutherford County to the late Lester Bryson Hutchins and Lucy Butler Hutchins.
Mr. Hutchins was a life-long resident of Rutherford County having worked for Asplundh for over 40 years as a climber. He was Baptist in faith and loved to fish and hunt. He was preceded in death by his wife Lucy in 1998 after 38 years of marriage.

He is survived by his son, Jeff Hutchins and wife Joyce of Mooresboro; two grandchildren, Billy Hutchins and David Hutchins; a sister, Betty Hutchins of Forest City; a brother, Jolly Hutchins of Caroleen, NC; a nephew, Roy Hutchins and a niece April Hutchins both of Forest City.
