Maudie Blanton Greer

Maudie Blanton Greer, age 47, of Forest City, passed away Monday, November 21, 2022.

Maudie was born Tuesday, May 27, 1975 to Roy Blanton who resides in Forest City and to the late Maxine Campbell Blanton. She was a member of Spindale Fellowship Holiness and enjoyed listening to Christian music. She loved spending time with her son and family.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Steven Lee and Spencer Blanton; an aunt, Brenda Self and uncles, J.R. Blanton and Billy Blanton.

Besides her father, survivors include her son, Josh Arrowood of Forest City; sisters, Tamela Lee of Gastonia, Melissa Sigmon (David) of Maiden, NC, Jackie Fryer of Conover, NC and a brother, Todd Blanton of Loris, SC. She is also survived by her aunts, Barbara Bullman, Ruth Ramirez and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

No formal services will be conducted.
