Pamela Anton

Pamela Cheryl Jenkins Anton, age 55, of Forest City passed away Thursday, October 10, 2007 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. Pamela was born on December 15, 1951 in Rutherford County to the late Earl Graham Jenkins, Sr. and Sarah Margaret Smith Jenkins. She grew up in Rutherford County graduating from East Rutherford High School. She married Timothy Anton on December 20, 1969. She and her husband spent four years in Charleston, SC during his Air Force enlistment. They returned to Rutherford County in 1974 where they have lived since. She was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. She loved to cook, sew, crafts, and taking care of her family.

She is survived by her husband Timothy Anton of the home; a daughter Tracie Danielle Anton of Forest City; a son Timothy David Anton and his wife Heather of Ellenboro, NC; and a granddaughter Abbie Danielle Anton. She is also survived by her brother Earl Graham Jenkins, Jr. of Cliffside, and a sister Stephanie Holland of Forest City.
