Deborah Taylor

Deborah Taylor, age 59, of Forest City, passed away Saturday, July 31, 2021 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills.  Deborah was born July 30, 1962 in Rutherford County to the late James Tate and Mozell Swink Tate. She worked in textiles for many years and was a previous owner of Davis Donuts. She also owned and operated a rug manufacturing business with her mom for several years.  Deborah was a member of Grace Chapel of Forest City. She loved trips to the beach and fishing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Chris Taylor.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Tiffany Millard (James Jr.) of Forest City and a son, Sean Toney (Paige) of Forest City. She also has a grandson, Tucker Miller.

A memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 pm on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Ricky Poteat officiating. Social distancing will be required by all attendees.
