Maxine Blanton Campbell

Maxine Blanton Campbell, age 68, of Rutherfordton, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at her residence.

Maxine was born Tuesday, April 6, 1954 in Rutherford County to the late William Campbell and Margaret Bradley Campbell. She was a homemaker and a member of Spindale Fellowship Holiness Church. Maxine loved listening to music.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, William Steven Lee and Spencer Blanton; a brother, Bobby Campbell and sister, Betty Ervin.

Left to cherish her memory is a special friend, Larry Vickers of Forest City; four daughters, Tamela Lee of Gastonia, Melissa Sigmon (David) of Hickory, Maudie Blanton of Forest City, Jackie Fryer of Hickory and a son, Todd Blanton of Loris, SC; sisters, Patricia Fowler of Ellenboro, Mary Lancaster (Wayne) of Yadkinville, NC, Judy Covington of Forest City and a brother, James Campbell of Forest City. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

No formal services will be conducted.
