Obituary

Patricia Lynn Terry, age 61, of Forest City, passed away Monday, July 25, 2022 at the Elizabeth House in Flat Rock, NC.

     Patricia was born Friday, April 21, 1961 in Rutherford County to the late Charles Buck Weatherman and Sarah Dolan McDaniel Weatherman. She was a homemaker who loved her family dearly. Patricia enjoyed going on walks and was a member of Temple of Victory Church in Mooresboro.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of sixteen years, Wayne Terry and a brother, Reverend Pherson Weatherman.

     Left to cherish fond memories are her daughter, Renee Putman (Brad) of Ellenboro; sister, Penny Bradley (Johnny) of Forest City; three grandsons, Joe, Jace and Jayden Putman; two nephews, Little Johnny Bradley, Little Pherson Weatherman; two nieces, Little Penny Shipe and Angie Butler.  

     The funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 pm on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Jesse Hardin officiating. Interment will follow at Joshua Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.

     Memorial donations are requested to Hollis Lodge #535, 450 W.E. Padgett Road, Bostic, NC 28018.
